Terms and conditions
The rules for quotes, fabrication and installation, written so you can read them in five minutes.
Quotes
Our quotes are fixed prices based on the drawings you sign off. They are valid for 30 days. Changes after sign-off are quoted separately before we make them.
Drawings and approval
We start fabrication only after you approve the shop drawings in writing. Measurements on site are our responsibility once we have surveyed them.
Payment
30 percent on order, 60 percent on delivery to site and 10 percent on handover, each payable within 14 days.
Delivery and installation
We confirm fabrication and installation dates in writing after sign-off. If the site is not ready on the agreed date, we agree a new date together.
Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for five years and corrosion protection on galvanized and duplex coated parts for ten years, provided the care instructions are followed.
Liability and law
Our liability follows the applicable statutory provisions. The law of the country in which the workshop is registered applies.
