412 metres of stainless and glass balustrades for an eight-storey building on the waterfront.
The brief
Salt spray, wind loads at height and a tight construction programme that released one floor every two weeks.
Our solution
Marine grade stainless with clamped glass, prefabricated in floor batches and delivered in the order of installation. Each floor was handed over within three days of release.
